Buku ini membahas tentang analisis teoretis dan praktis dari sistem politik komparatif negara-negara Timur (Asia dan Afrika), proses politik dan budaya politiknya, menggambarkan dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya politik terhadap proses politik di dunia timur.
